This Refund Policy applies to services and products provided by Pierce Consulting Firm, LLC. By purchasing services or products, you agree to the terms below.

1) Grant Consulting Packages

This policy applies to the following services:

• Starter Package

• Growth Package

• Full Pipeline Package

No Refunds After Work Begins

All grant consulting packages are non-refundable once work has started. Work is considered started when any of the following occur:

• Initial strategy session

• Grant research begins

• Documents, templates, or deliverables are created

• Proposal development or planning activities begin

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel their consulting agreement with 10 working days’ written notice.

However:

• Unused months are not refundable.

• Fees already paid are non-refundable.

• Work completed during the active period remains billable and final.

Unresponsive Client Policy

If a client fails to:

• Provide requested materials

• Approve drafts

• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe, the project may be paused.

In these cases:

• Services will be paused until the client responds.

• No refunds will be issued for paused or delayed work due to client inactivity.

2) Custom Proposal Projects

Custom, one-time proposal projects are non-refundable once work begins, as time and resources are allocated specifically to each client’s opportunity.

3) Digital Products

This includes:

• Templates

• Toolkits

• Downloadable resources

All digital product purchases are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted or the product is downloaded, it cannot be returned.

4) Grant Writing Courses

Refund Window

Courses are eligible for a refund only if:

• The request is made within 3 days of purchase, and

• The user has completed less than 10% of the course content

Refund requests made after these limits will not be approved.

Live Trainings

Live training registrations are non-refundable.

However:

• Participants may request a credit toward a future session if they cannot attend.

5) Strategy Sessions and Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are offered at no cost and therefore are not eligible for refunds.

6) Payment Terms

Payment structures may include:

• Monthly retainers

• Upfront payments

• Per-proposal fees

• Course one-time payments

All payments are subject to this refund policy unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.

7) Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy must be:

• Approved in writing by Pierce Consulting Firm, LLC

• Documented in the client’s service agreement
